2020年1月20日 1stシングル『Black Beauty』をリリースした日本のシンセ ポップデュオ、Daisy Modern(デイジーモダーン)。
Daisy ModernはSachiko(Vocal)と麻来-maki-(Keyboard&Composer)か らなるデュオ。
名前のデイジーは60年代チェコのガールズムービー『ひなぎく』から由来してお り、気の向くまま恋や憂鬱を曲にしている。

映画『星くず兄弟の新たな伝説』(監督:手塚眞 原案:近田春夫)の音楽制作に
麻来-maki-が携わり、その楽曲のガイドヴォーカリストとしてSachikoを起用したことをきっかけに始まった。
横浜を中心に活動しており、月にたった1度だけのLIVEを重ね楽曲を増やし、 今年1月のファーストシングルを皮切りに、毎月リリースを掲げ活動中!!
Japanese synth-pop duo "Daisy Modern" released their first single "Black Beauty" on January 20, 2020.
The members are Sachiko (vocals) and Maki (keyboard & composer), and the name Daisy is derived from the 60s Czech film "Daisies", where the songs are about love and melancholy at will.

Maki, who was involved in the music production of the 2018 movie "A New Legend of the Stardust Brothers"(Director: Makoto Tezuka, Original Idea: Haruo Chikada), started her career after she recruited Sachiko as a guide vocalist.
They have been performing mainly in Yokohama, Japan, and have been doing live shows only once a month to increase their music. Starting with the first single, we are now working on a monthly release!
